#ulog-memes: is the Ulog-subtag for (Ulog + Memes). When you add #ulog to any existing concept etc an existing concept suddenly turns out all fresh.
I decided to do 2nd meme, a ulog-meme.

Greetings, @certain. Well, the #ulog tag can be used when you write about yourself and your surroundings; if you're going to use images, they should be your own. It can be a journal-like text of things that happen in yout daily life or different topics you choose to talk about (your own thoughts, ideas, reflections, etc.). If you go to ulogs.org you'll find more infor about the different tags they have for people to post under.
As for the @blocktrades offer, obviously it is for those who have the Steem to pay for the offer or SBDs to buy Steem and want to get the extra 35SP for themselves or for those users whose SP is too low (15, for instance) to freely interact (vote, post, edit) in the platform.
