ULOG#27 BRAISED BEEF and or Szechuan PARES

Here's the gf again writing through our joint account. Hehe

And because I fell in love with Aaron's cooking, inwhich he had used McCormick Chinese 5Spice... I cant stop from thinking about a new dish to try.

And because I wanna add up Pares Mami or Pares Rice in our Tapsihan menu, I thought of using Aaron's ingredients, same ones but using beef this time!

So here are the steps and ingredients;

Marinate beef with McCormick Chinese 5 spice powder.

Saute GARLIC ONIONS GINGER, beef and fish sauce or patis.

Pour in water with cornstarch, soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar. Add in star anise my SUPER STAR ingredient!

Bring to a boil.

Serve with fried rice or mami. :-)

After cooking I decided to watch youtube vids and saw my next inspiration... oohh PARES BULALO. I wanna add that up on our menu.

SIZZLING PARES BULALO? How is that? :-)
