#Ulog (Day07) July 11, 2018" Caring my Patient Suffering Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML)

Good day #steemian, how are you today? For me, I'm quite busy with my duty and my protocol today is a long treatment.
I'm busy preparing hydration of D/S 500 ml with the incorporation of sodium bicarbonate and KCL which is 20 bottles, then the Methotrexate 8 bottles and the patient will receive this for 24 hours.

This is my patient he is just 16 years old but looks like 7 years old. He suffers from AML (acute myelogenous leukemia)

Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) Leukemias are cancers that start in cells that would normally develop into different types of blood cells. AML starts in the bone marrow (the soft inner part of certain bones, where new blood cells are made), but in most cases, it quickly moves into the blood. It can sometimes spread to other parts of the body including the lymph nodes, liver, spleen, central nervous system (brain and spinal cord), and testicles. #SourceAmericanCancerSociety.

He is more than patient with me. He stays in my ward for almost a year now. Hope with the help of our Almighty father and chemo meds he will be ok soon.He is too young to suffer this kind of

D/S with sodium bicarbonate and Kcl
