This is how my day went..

Sale season here in Italy started on Monday on many online shops although the official sale season will start on the 1st week of July up to last week August.

My first order was for the luggage of my husband and daughter which arrived last Monday. Then yesterday afternoon my other order came. I bought a school uniform for Juliana because she had grown out her uniforms already. I order the 2 designs available for her size. It is 30 percent off the original price and free shipping.

As usual, she is very excited to open the package and she got disappointed when seeing what's inside. She even told that this wasn't our order. I ordered 2white uniforms for her but they sent us 1 white and 1 blue. I am quite disappointed too. This means that I have to return the blue one and I can't avail the sale price anymore because their promo had ended and have to contact the courier to pick it up. It also means additional work for me. I contacted the customer service right away and message the problem. I'm still waiting for their reply. I guess I have to wait for the sale again to save some euros.
