Today I attended the most important seminar about teacher's assessment in teaching, the PPST or Philippine Professional Standard For Teachers and RPMS or Result Based Performance Management System Manual. This event gathered all the teachers of our division here in Batangas City. The Deped Division of Batangas City has 10 districts that launced this seminar in different venues.
During this seminar, we're tasked to assess ourselves as teachers and employees of DepEd. Before the school year ends, we are assigned to complete and present a portfolio, observation sheets or classroom observation tool from the principal and assessment with our teachings and other supporting details..
