English version:
The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous,and his ears are attentive to their cry;
but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil, to blot out their name from the earth.The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them;he delivers them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.

Tagalog version:
Ang mga mata ng Panginoon ay nakatitig sa mga matuwid, at ang kaniyang mga pakinig ay nakabukas sa kanilang daing. Ang mukha ng Panginoon ay laban sa kanila na nagsisigawa ng kasamaan, upang ihiwalay ang alaala sa kanila sa lupa. Ang matuwid ay nagsidaing, at dininig ng Panginoon, at iniligtas sila sa lahat nilang mga kabagabagan. Ang Panginoon ay malapit sa kanila na may bagbag na puso, at inililigtas ang mga may pagsisising diwa.
