I've mentioned this before but for those of you who have never read any of my posts. I spend my waking hours working in tech, specifically on websites. While most of it is pretty boring and no one but those behind the scenes care about every so often I get a request that is so absolutely insane it knocks me clean off my chair.

There's an app for that
So what is this request you may ask? Well, the person in question has a website that sells products. Your general eCommerce website, no biggie.
Pretty standard stuff right? So after I create the site with only an excel sheet with the smallest images you've ever seen. It is literally not passable and the images still have watermarks on them from wherever they were taken.
I was asked to upload the products to the site too with one key consideration. I need to make the images turn either 90 degrees to the side or a full 360. Yes thats right, I need to take an image randomly stuck in an excel sheet and turn it into a high definition 360 experience.
I said sure, if you provide me with the product we can do a photoshoot or we can hire a 360 camera and have the products shot but its going to be costly.
The response was:
Can't you just make the image do that with code? I'm sure there's an app for that
No, there is not! You're being ridiculous! Sigh, it's a hard life sometimes but someones gotta pay my bills
