MY BACK HURTS!!!! ULOG 5

in ulog •  7 years ago  (edited)

I am 6ft1. So most people say my back pains have something to do with my height!

A fellow tall sister of mine on Steemit @saramiller encouraged me to do yoga. I haven’t had the time. After following a routine in an online video, I felt a tad bit better.

I stopped exercising and have lost motivation to continue. I know I have to start again.

Have you experienced back pains before? What helped you ease the pain?

I would say sis, you should get back to exercising, try taking sone pain killer pills, and get some good amount of sleep too.

It is normal to experience these pains, sometimes it is for lack of exercise, but stretching the bones you will literally feel better! BTW You look great beautiful picture :)

I shall begin to stretch

SORRY FOR THE PAIN.I FEEL THE SAME PAIN TOO IN MY BACK.. MAY BE IF YOU STOP SEATING ALOT AND START DOING EXERCISE WILL HELP.

Sorry for the pain, but i'll advise you see a doctor or a physiotherapist. Some back pains are indicative of an underlying illness.. See a doctor or a physiotherapist ASAP

Try using a painkiller such as aboniki ban it will aid reduce your pains.

Absolutely check out yoga. As I mentioned before, yoga is amazing!
Regular practice will serve you well and will affect your whole life in positive ways.

If you can afford it then also a fine addition is regular body work.

If you can't afford it then you can start a small massage club with a few friends and just learn and trade massage together for free! ☺

I hope these comments are helpful. ☺☺☺

Also make sure that you're drinking enough water and try to stay away from processed foods.

Thank you for your comments!!!! I will definitely put your advice to practice!
