My #ulog day - 21, foodtrip DINUNG-AG SAGGING, OUR COMMON FOOD HERE IN PROVINCE #food#sagging#family

Good day uloggers to day I will share my #ulog and this is more excited to me and my family. Making a small memories or bonding is amy bih deal to us even if sharing food inand one table is make me a lot of time to talk to each others. Will anyway I will make my self busy this sunday. I was cooking a banana or we called in visaya dialect "DINUNG-AG SAGGING". We usually do this you every weekend or when we get reunited, I was the chief so I let them wait for my signal when its done cooked.

But first a selfie with me my self and I, so you can say yes its my #ulogs so here we go proceed to the cooking of banana. This is our favorite food here in province of leyte, common food and very delicious.

First I put the banana into the big fan or KALDIRO in visaya dialect. After that I let the water boiling so the banana get cooked.

And leave it half an hour. While were waiting to the banana cook were talking, shating laughters and enjoyable moment they shared. And this is my weekend bonding together with my family, I am so happy and proud to be part of this family because their happy family and I love hapy families. When we get reunited all the pass stories wete shared and laughters,crying, love,and care to each others.

After half an hour the banana was cook and all I need to do is to pel the banana so it can ready to serve. Cant wait to eat banana with matching salt,ginamos, and sugar.

Now here is the finished banana smell it hmmmm!!!so yummy and the taste was so good. My mother in law was preparing the saw-sawan ginamos or a salt minnow I dont know what called this in your places, and sugar, and salt because my wife love eat banana with sugar , and myI broghter in law love salt with banana, and my mother inlaw love ginamos with banana.

So while waiting for the sawsawan I make some photo documentation so I can keep it and put it into my external drivehard save it more year so I have a memories of them when I gey old.

I never know today is fathers day all I know she great me a happy fathers day with kissed and a tight hug. Ha ha! I am so lucky with my wife she is so beautiful and inspiring.
