16th #ulog (7/24/18): CAUTION : Multi-tasker Mom Ahead!

Hi steemers, I just want to share today my plight as a multi-tasker.

My previous blogs always features my three lovely babies. The MIGABRHIAN. I was browsing over the pictures that was saved on my phone and I realized how well they have grown over the years already. I've basically been unto unspoken struggles and I am so glad that as of the moment, I am almost already halfway in just guiding and monitoring them. No more sleepless nights, no hammocks tied on the corner posts around the house and more importantly, instead of almost three fourths of my/our salaries goes to the never ending need for milk, I now spend one fourth of it only.

Yet the other half, is being spent now for their studies. My Rhian, the eldest is only in the first grade in a private school. Followed by Gab who is also enrolled for one hour and a half session in a special one on one tutorial center. Those are the reasons why I must double my time to earn extra income from online jobs, peddling and selling freshly cut fruits as what I mentioned from my earlier blog.

I visited ate Rhian in her school earlier today.

And even kuya Gab too. There class which only comprises of young toddlers

It was only baby Mig who was left at my in-laws. Since he is just two years old, he still have the time to play and have fun.

As for tonight, I went to the market with the plan to buy some rich in omega 3 tuna. But, my ohhhhh my, its kilo cost 450php! It's even more expensive than pork meat which just cost 230php per kilo.

I bought instead some sea shells locally known as "buranday." A half kilo only cost 70php. I will share to you then how I cooked it.

This are the best spices that I am using whenever I cooked this type of shell.

I put a drop of commercial palm oil at the skillet, and add on the spices to sizzle followed by the 'buranday'.

Hurray, let's dig in! The Hormel spam was my mornings' leftover viand. To wash off the aftertaste, I gave in with the urge to open a wine collection from the cupboard.

Those are for the kids ...
