Escaped the house today.

Between my health and car's air conditioning not working, I have been hesitant to take my boys out. While my head still hurts it is getting better pretty fast. Not sure if my health issues have been because of the improper water heater exhaust installation or something else that the Hemp oil is helping. Im sleeping better and have more energy than I have been for the past year or so. I decided it was a great time to get out of the house, but to save on gas and heat strokes, we walked to the neighboorhood park in the shade.

Last year the air was really stuffy and we had cloudy skies all summer that really lowered the air quality. This year, even a 110° day feels good to breathe in the evening with the lack of clouds.

My boys had a blast! They made some new friends and got worn out. They were like little red faced tomatoes afterwards. Showers and water commenced once we got home.
