It is so hard for the babies or even the children to get sick and confined in the hospital. They will surely cry when the nurse pricks the needle of dextrose to them. The tears were falling like rain while they were shouting for pain. Surely, this is not what they want - it is very evident on their faces the pain and suffering they were into in time of their illness. It was gloomy days for them and away from their toys and playground where they always spend their joyful moments.
Honestly, every loving parent felt much pain than their children endured. If they (the loving parent) can only assume the pain and suffering form their children, they will surely take it away from them. It is much painful to see your child crying in pain than experiencing it that same suffering your child had - I know all loving parent can relate to this and maybe they experienced it already. I always refer to those loving parent because some parent was so cruel to their children - they treat their child not as a child but as an animal wherein they spank them unreasonably or even raped them (they are beast and not humans!).
She is my only daughter and she is now 1 year and 7 months old. I hope and pray that she will get well soon. She has Mycoplasma pneumonia and the doctor said this is not that serious illness if treated in the early stage.
Mycoplasma pneumoniae is a very small bacterium in the class Mollicutes. It is a human pathogen that causes the disease mycoplasma pneumonia, a form of atypical bacterial pneumonia related to cold agglutinin disease. M. pneumoniae is characterized by the absence of a peptidoglycan cell wall and resulting resistance to many antibacterial agents. The persistence of M. pneumoniae infections even after treatment is associated with its ability to mimic host cell surface composition.

I can relate - we had a tough time with my daughter for the first 2 years. It is very damn tough to watch, and you feel a sense of helplessness when you can't provide immediate relief to the person you're sworn to protect.
it passed for us and she's now a lot more resilient - she's about a year older than your daughter - so hopefully your struggles pass soon too
