Hello there steemians how's your weekend i hope that everything is going alright. I want to share to you about last night photo of the tuna around 60 kilo we are three people carrying it it is because it was so very heavy.We making it a tuna shashimi and tuna sushi.Our tuna was delivered in Clark airport and our source was in the palawan we make sure that our tuna was fresh and good quality.
To maintain the freshness of our Tuna we put in to our chiller refrigerator and we covered it a clean towels inorder to suck the blood..Everyday we changed our towels so that the blood will never go in the meat of the tuna..
I'm the one taking good care of the freshness of the tuna everyday i check and before going home.
