Today when I went to my PG (Paying Guest), they have spread green chilli on newspaper. They will be served to us in dinner. So I thought to tell you some unknown benefits of green chilli.
Believe me our kitchen is full of Ayurvedic medicines, we need not to visit any doctor for medicines. Time to time I will keep on telling home remedies.

1 Green chillies are full of antioxidants, that protest our body from deadly disease cancer which has become common nowadays.
2 It contains capsiasin which helps to lower the body temperature. That's why in places like india chillies are preffered more.
3 Green chillies Full of vitamin C and beta caroteen are good for eyes and skin and it also improves our immune system.
4 When we eat green chillies they release endorphins that boosts our mood and reduces pain.
5 Green chillies helps to maintain sugar level in our body.
6 They are good for iron deficient people as they are rich in iron.
7 Rich in vitamin K that helps our body during injuries.
