So long, Homonhon...
We felt recharged with gusto, seeing the fiery zeal of the need greaters, who sacrificed themselves and left their comfort zone, to witness to this isolated territory, which is a far cry from modernity. Life here is free from fast-paced, with only four hours of generator-generated electric power, and with only few spots of minimal signal to connect to the outside world. Yet, ironically, it makes life uncomplicated.
Working hand in hand with the need greaters in this never-to-be-repeated-work, preaching to the people who hungers for the truth, breathing the freshest of air, enjoying the picturisque view, is all that we need to continue serving in our challenging ministry with joy.
When we reach our limit in the energy-consuming city life, we shall escape and return here, my dearest Homonhon. 'Til next summer...
