I have seen people using the Partiko app. Sounds interesting, although I haven’t used any apps to post so far.

I like it so far, and you get points for using it that you can use for an upvote from the app makers if you post from the app. It also shows you on the voting slider how much power you have and the worth of your vote, which is pretty handy. It's not nearly as buggy and slow as esteem, which is another mobile app I've used before but don't really anymore because it constantly logs me out and doesn't remember my notification settings which is really annoying and a main reason for using a mobile app in the first place.
