#Ulog Day 16(July 17, 2018)My 2nd beach escapade here in Kuwait

Last night, I'm preparing the clothes of the baby because we are going to beach together with the baby because the doctor advice the mother to bring the baby at least once a month to prevent the frequent recurrence of the asthma.

Upon arrival in the sea, the baby was very excited so I let him played near the sea water because it helps him lessen asthma symptoms. Salt water acts as an antibacterial so it can help treat or prevent respiratory tract symptoms that worsen asthma.

It's always a great time to go to the beach and be refreshed. It's nice to spend a time there to be stress free and have fun.

There's something about the water especially when it is cyrstal clear and you can see fishes swimming. Ah, I miss the sea.
