#ULOG 5: FRIDAY, Hair Treatment Day!

Good Day!

It's Friday and I find it a perfect day for let me call it "Me time". After the rigorous working days, I believe it's time to reward ourselves and give it a quality break from work, even just for a day.

So here's how I dated and pampered myself for what I call "Me time." C'mon! Let's take a peek!

Hooray! It's Hair Treatment Day . . .

Here's how my hair was caressed and treated at @fey's Salon. I'm gonna show you the step by step process on how this hair treating went through.

#1 Hair Trimming

Hair trimming is basically the first step in treating one's hair. This is to remove the split ends that make the hair look unhealthy. And in my case, it not just like trimming the split ends, but it was really shortening my hair by cutting about the 2-inch long out.

#2 Straightening Cream Application

Right after my hair is cut, it is made wet with what is called straightening or rebonding cream. It was then left unattended (haha!) for about an hour. So, this is how it looks like.

#3 Hair Ironing

And yes, after an hour, my hair is rinsed with water then dried and is then gently ironed and straightened. This is it! It really feels great to have a straighter hair.

After the hair is straightened, a neutralizer is applied, then again it was set aside for about an hour also. And it didn't end there, another hair treatment that's called Brazilian was applied after.

My hair was then dried and ironed again. This is how it looks like now.

It was indeed a quality "Me time"! It feels so great! So yes, this is my last Friday's story. I was really planning to publish it on the day but due to unexpected happenings, I wasn't able to push it on time.
