#ULOG 14: MY ULAM FOR TONIGHT IS GINISANG AMPALAYA

Hello Steemians,

Tonight, I'm going to cook ginisang ampalaya for dinner. The bitterness of this vegetables makes it more delicious for me. It is good for our health specially if your a low blood.

The Ginisang Ampalaya ingredients are:

-Ampalaya
-Garlic
-Onion
-Salt
-Ginisa mix
-Egg
-Tomato

HOW TO COOK:

First, cut the ampalaya in half and remove the seeds inside. After that, slice the ampalaya in juliene cut or in strips. To reduced the bitterness of the ampalaya you can soak and squeeze it in salt water mixture.

In a hot pan with medium fire sautee the garlic and onion. Then, add the tomato slice and sautee until the tomato becomes soft.

Next, add the slice ampalaya and thoroughly mix. Then after that add the egg and season it with salt and pepper.

BWOOLLAAAA... Ginisang Ampalaya in the house..yoohh..
