Mindvalley is one of the best company in the world (IMHO). This, is in my opinion the kind of company that will make employees want to make time to make the best contributions not only to the workplace but to the world.

Why I am Happy about being in Mindvalley?

1. Leadership -in most companies I worked for (Citibank Australia CBPS, DirecTV, Chase, OCBC, HSN, Verizon etc ) there is usually a management that makes every process more complicated or bureaucratic than ever. Mindvalley brings out the leader in each of us and makes us all contribute to the improvement of the company.
2. Work Life Balance -in most companies it is a myth but in Mindvalley it is all about how one manages his/her time. If you wish to come to work at your preferred time (earliest I know is 5am you can,) and if you decide do your work out in between 'office hours' it is possible. You just have to be present on all important meetings and you must complete all your deliverables most importantly you should be responsible enough to let your team know.
3. Personal Growth and Success-Mindvalley supports every single employees dream and goals. If you have any specific area of your life that you need to work on there are available programs, tools and support that will help you. You are also surrounded by personal growth junkies and you have access to a lot of trainings that can help you improve different areas of your life (like health and fitness among others)
4. Offer Challenging and Meaningful Work -In other companies you would be asked to step up or take more responsibilities only after years of service. In Mindvalley it is based on how you wish to "climb up the ladder," everyone has the chance to grow and train for other skills and improve on their expertise or competencies
5. Remote Working Opportunities -We have the opportunity to work while we see the world or just be in another country and work while we "experience" the culture. We also have company events where employees are encouraged to take part in Mindvalley U and A fest are just few of the events.

I can go on and on but mainly these are great things I can attest to right now, based on what I know.

On the other side Mindvalley is not perfect but it is all about Mindset and I am in a positive phase of my life that I take everything as a blessing
