Sounds very interesting and so I had been trying to convince some of my family members to join me and register their Globe and TM SIM numbers under my referral code. So far, none of them could get through the registration and it can be frustrating at times. It's hard to really navigate our parents through this technical process.
I wish I have known about it before when I was still in Bohol last weekend. Anyways, I will have to wait for tomorrow for my older brother to go online so I can refer him and start using GCash.
There are several reasons why I use GCash but the main reason was their instant PayPal to GCash cash out. My bitLanders earning goes to my PayPal account, before, I would wait for few days before it arrives in my bank account (Unionbank EON), if it is more than 7k PHP, processing will be out of fee but if the amount is lower, it's a different story.
When I learned about GCash's PayPal to GCash option, I had never used the bank option anymore. See, after transferring my PayPal funds to GCash, it can be withdrawn using the GCash Mastercard with a fee of only Php 20! Sweet and easy!
So, if you are not yet using GCashand you have been having patience issues with moving it to your bank, consider registering to GCash!

Steps in Registering with GCash:
Step 1 - Download GCash from your favorite app store
Step 2 - Launch the app then register your Globe or TM SIM number (one must be a Globe or TM subscriber to access this app
Step 3 - Once registration is completed, you'll receive an Authentication Code (6 digits). Input it in the app.
Step 4 - Completely fill out the form and your zip code.
Step 5 - For the REFERRAL CODE then enter this code 41SUQA
Step 6 - make your own MPIN (Pin to access your GCash Account, so make sure you won't forget it)
