My coach whom I called as Mama Van messaged me that she has a travel at 7:30 PM and so, I went to gym at 6:00 PM. She then instructed me that today is Leg Day which means there will be plenty of squats.

So here's the first routine:
50 Thrusters
50 Forward Lunges
50 Squats
50 Stiff Leg
5 rounds Duck Walk with 4 cones
We did 5 exercises in 3 sets, meaning all those 5 exercises while carrying a 16 pounds dumbbell is repeated thrice in a row.
Then, it was almost 7:30 PM when Mama Van decided to go already. I asked her if there still a routine left then she wrote the exercises for the finishing routine.

Elbow Plank
Full Plank
Knee Taps
Burpees
Each exercise has a 30 seconds time duration with 3 repetitions. Compared to the first routine, the second one was all about the core. By far, on the exercises I did today, Burpees is always and will always be my least favorite exercise. Let's just say that it is an exercise which is definitely not right for me.
With all the leg exercise I did, I think I will not be able to run from the entrance gate of the university to the College of Engineering and Technology building where our office is located on the first floor.
