Ulog#32: Unplanned Food Trip with Twinkie

Planning is not that our thing because we know unplanned activities create memorable moments.

MOMENT 101 WITH MY TWINKIE

Last Wednesday, I and my Twinkie @micay28 need to meet at PRC Gensan - Robinson Mall for our schedule to get our certification that we are processing and request for its authentication but sad to say, we can't process our authentication, not unless we do have our certification already. We have scheduled that Wednesday but not all certifications arrived so we need to wait next week.

I arrived early since I do have my other errands before coming to our meet-up place. And I know got still time to do it than wasting time without doing anything. Good thing, there are still restaurants that not yet open so I had a chance to find a seat while waiting for @micay28. I know that I am just too early so it is okay for me waiting for her and I am not in a hurry anyway.

When we found out that is the case, so need to go for our next appointment but sad to say, it is already lunch break so we decided to have our lunch first before coming to the school to process one document there. Yes! We are processing that we will be needing for next year mass hiring. I want to be prepared on this and I don't want to put any worries and be panic in getting and requesting those requirements when we need it already, at least we are already prepared now. "Time is gold" so make use of it when you can still have it.

Honestly, we don't know where we will dine. We tried choosing in the Korean cuisine in the said mall but I don't feel eating there, lol. Why? I don't know what kind of food it is even though they got photos beside the name of the food. I don't know what it tastes and looking to it, it makes me crazy, brain freezing, lol. So, I just suggested to my twinkie, why not choose Yakimix or TongYang since they are serving different cuisine and it includes Korean cuisines too. Good thing my suggestion works, lol.

Here we come! I am a bit excited that I can dine here for the second time around and with the same person I am with like our first time here and honestly, we are both hungry. Sad to say, there are so many reservations but we can start eating already because there are tables available outside but I want to dine inside so we waited for almost 30 minutes before getting inside. We are feeling hungry, @micay28 decided to buy Potpots to lessen the feeling of starving while waiting for our turn because we got the 8th reservation.

We just finished the Potpots then it's our turn to go inside Yakimix already and start eating our lunch, lol. What the! So, I am thinking of what is good to eat but looking all over, they all seemed to look delicious but how can I put them all in my stomach. I should not proceed with my diet journey and I should quit controlling my food intake, gosh, I am craving most of the foods lining up here.

If I can only fill in everything over my plate but I can't so for the first plate, I got plain rice, french toast bread, fried chicken, fish fillet, and cheese sticks. With all of these, I am feeling full already but my Twinkie Michelle @micay28 fried some finger foods and other meat. She seemed to enjoy her cooking sessions, lol. peace twinkie

She knows how to use chopsticks and I don't so she is the one cooking. I tried but I am not that comfortable and I will be wasting time if I will keep on trying to use those chopsticks. I want to learn using it but I know trying it once is not that enough. I need some practice and so, I am planning to buy chopsticks soon.

Yes! We are already full after almost 2 hours of staying in the Yakimix Restaurant. We had tried their drinks, their desserts, and other foods too. We enjoyed it a lot and we know that this is not just drawing anymore, it is really happening. We had another moment together and I am happy that I found a friend, a real friend, my dearest Twinkie ever. I told you before about her and how we come up without endearment and promise, it will always be forever. When you are in friendship, forever is not possible.

I went home early after our transactions since I promised my Mama that I will go home as early as I can so we can be able to watch the Thai movie that I had downloaded. I don't know the title of the movie, I just found it over Facebook. The story is quite cute and the twist though not that so unique because story almost like this is quite common though the story had its own way of presenting the story. I, my Mama and my daughter Shun Leanne watched the movie together while eating mangoes. We do have popcorn to be cooked but we are all lazy to do it so we preferred to slice the mangoes even not that too ripe.

The movie talks about the English tutor who got a student named Kaya that doesn't know how to speak Thai but knows how to speak English already. She had his Thai boyfriend that does not know how to speak English. They don't understand verbally but they tried to understand each other through their actions. One moment that Kaya decided to take the English examination so she can go and work in America and did not tell his boyfriend about it until Kaya passed. She decided to ask the help and hire her English tutor who knows how to speak Thai also to help her break up with his boyfriend. So the English tutor tried her best to do it but sad to say, Kaya's boyfriend to determine to go to America and followed Kaya there but Kaya's boyfriend had a deal with the English tutor to help him to learn to speak English.

So tired the whole day but I know this is one of my unforgettable day ever! I did not take my dinner instead I went to sleep after watching the movie. I am feeling so tired and my bed is tempting me already though I got visitors - my nephews again to ask for help with their homework. I just help them out to search over my laptop and let them write it on their notes while I am sleeping. I did not know when they got home. They just left my laptop to sleep.

Don't how if I am gaining because this month is a food month for me. They are really a temptation. I am gaining too much that I expected it. Gosh... oh my belly!
