I really appreciate everyone for your love and support, most especially to @surpassinggoogle. This is the continuation of my Niger experience. Follow me and feel free to take the ride together.
When I got to park with my luggages, looking and thinking the distance to cover. looking at the weather within me I noticed that things have start changing.
Remembering that am going to a place that have different culture, different language, maybe different understanding. I tried working with my spirit cos that's my first time travelling to the northern state.
On getting to Lokoja, the driver pulled over for us to ease the stress of the road before continuing the journey. I met with some other corps member on their way to their deployed state of service. I summoned a little courage within myself.
It was around 8:45pm when I arrived the gate of paiko, where the journey of serving my motherland started.
I receive the harsh welcome from the police and military personnel mounted at the gate.
I was asked to carry my luggages on my head, waiting for my turn to be search before giving a written paper to go for the next move to be approved.
Before I could finish the documentations it was around 9:25pm and a corner in a hall was allocated to me as my space to lay my head.
I went to Mamie to have my dinner because the one prepared in camp have been dismantled by the ones that came in earlier. After which we were asked to retire to our different halls for it is "lies out".
Thank you for following my work all the while, I have no gold to offer but God bless you all.

The Minna corper. Wish camping in Nigeria was healthier. But all the same, its all experience. And what better teacher to have than experience itself. Wish you a fun and educative experience.
