I am one of those people who often have to fight against stress, I try to adapt to the pressures to which I am subjected by daily routine, work, home, family, among other things. And I rarely take my time for myself, this I have reflected in my neck and back, which tend to get inflamed and makes me feel very bad.
So I paid attention to certain tips and I took a relaxing afternoon to take some fresh air and read a little.
I also drink a rich cup of coffee that really helps me relax a lot.
We must leave time to put our thoughts in order because they can cause us anxiety and lead to an uncontrollable degree of stress, so only if we manage to calm our mind will you reach your goals.
