MY FIRST INTERNET TRANSACTION EXPERIENCE

Internet is a place where you find information pass information and meet people with more information thou have met so many people through the use of the internet learnt a lot but we have the good days that's it up there👆

but what about the other side of my story the day I learnt my lessons..
Helping people is like helping myself and I thought it meant the same to others untill I met a guy through a platform name (withheld) who I thought was helping me but just duped me. maybe because I'm a lady or because he thought he has many advantages over me
I saw, (Mr blacksnow) on the platform and he advertised for a hard drive for sale 1tb hard drive at a give away price because his in desperate need for money he needed to sell the hard drive. I saw his advert and went for it at the said price and what made me interested was because I use a desktop and for me to have quick access to all my files on the go I wanted to back up all my files on the 1tb hard drive so it can be with me at all time since I don't have a laptop yet.
I called him we chatted but the distance between us couldn't let us meet face to face
But I trusted the wrong guy.
Because of the distance he told me he'll need to send the hardware through a vehicle traveling towards my direction
I believed all the plans he had told me he made
He even gave me the number of the driver of the car he's to send the hard drive through
I believed him sent him the money. And thought is at save hands and my hard drive is coming soon
I went to the bus station to wait for the bus after calling him he told me too do so
I called the driver he said his almost there
I was happy and excited waiting for my hard drive but unfortunately I was let down
After hours of trying both numbers of the driver and the seller it wasn't going through any more
I waited for 5hrs again
Tried his number over and over again
Untill I almost consumed my phone battery
He blocked me on all means of communicating with him
I even went to the garage for 3 days, a week after again before I stopped going because I couldn't believe such could happen
Have i been duped.?
It wasn't funny the answer is YES.
I loosed my money and the hard drive
I was sad and upset.

I even got sick because the money wasn't complete I had to lend from a friend.
Though have made other transactions with other people through the internet after that...
I even got my phone through the same platform.
But one thing is my trust for anybody on the internet is never there anymore.
Before I can trust you then you have to trust me.

(Everywhere we have good people, we have few bad people as well)
The internet is as dangerous just the same way you believe is not dangerous...

So my advice
Be careful
Be smart
Be informed
Be vigilant
stop the scam
Stop the crime
Don't be a victim
Have fun
