ULOG 14: Gasp! No Photo.

Alright. I'm still breathing. I'm doing much better.

The problem with feeling better is I can no longer ignore the state of my house any more! It's grating on my last nerve. My "back room top secret project" came out of secrecy. I just went in there yesterday and started tearing it apart. Oy! I've broken down at least 30 boxes if I've broken down one. And I assure you, I've broken down the one!

I was quite pleased that most of the boxes were mostly empty because of the "secret" digging and dispersing of items into the rest of the house all of the month of July -- in-spite of the pain. So, I'm giving my spoiled-brat-me a gold star for that! I didn't fall for the idea that "tomorrow I'll feel better" because the older I get the more I know that probably isn't going to be true. So all but the very worst days, I drug myself in there and did something! Anything!

Anyway, Mitch was just fine with coming home and finding a glorious disaster spread out all over the back end of the house. Quite pleased in fact. That made me happy. I am about 30% through. One side of the room is starting to look like semi-organized storage.

I've started out with "intermittent housework" to get back into it. This means I work for a short time and just as soon as I start to feel myself getting too hot, I stop. It takes about 30 to 45 minutes to get my body temp back down. So right now that means I'm working about 15 to 20 minutes steady and then breaking. On Sunday I was only doing 7 minutes at a time. I'll take the improvement! TYVM

Usually the break means just sit really really still and do something "zoned-out". This keeps me from considering that I could be close to itching all over. Let's see ... zoned-out includes... so Township (game app), making fractals, and some index cards. Oh and too many naps! No. It doesn't include the STEEM Universe because that is way too difficult to stop and then go work some more.

I'm living on Rice and Water since Bread is O U T!! Also, Mitch has been really good to keep me in browned beef hamburger to go with the rice. Tomorrow I'm adding some carefully selected greens. So far, I'm not eating wheat, cherries, popcorn, and rice cakes with dehydrated tomato on top (and they were so good!). I'm kind of suspicious of chicory root but I'll give it another try like next week.

I'm trying to think up a graph or infographic to help ya'll understand this whole "allergic to the world" thing. For example, on Sunday, Mitch stepped outside and then was back inside the house almost immediately. "Don't you dare go outside today! The mosquitoes have taken over because of all the rain and the grass getting so tall and thick! And my mowing is going to stir them up even more!"

It's not just food. It really started last year with the bugs.... ANyway ... now I know I'm repeating myself.

ANd so furthermore ...

To distract myself while I dig through the stuff'ns, I've been listening to various political analysts and the #walkaway videos -- all on YouTube so far. The more I know, the more I think we live in an amazing time. Everything everywhere is moving toward a crescendo. One huge loud finale. And, yet, there are still the day to day activities. And there is still personal communication across the lands via the Internet. Those two things alone can feel miraculous.

Oh wow! Look at the time. Okay Nighty night to all you amazing people who don't give up.

Oh look the really short version! No banner trailer ... BUT NO EXCUSE! You still have to comment! ;-) ttyl

It seems that I have picked up on an event in your life with all of the background information. So if I misspeak please let me know!

We just moved. I understand how important it can be to get things back in order. I hope that process was therapeutic for you.

We also need to know our limits. We often push too hard for too long, and our bodies pay the prices. Don't feel bad about the breaks. And it is food that you know that Steemit is a rabbit hole :)

Have a blessed day. I hope you start feeling better.
