Sharing with my daily work description, for now i will make a lay- out of ostrich egg for cutting process.
In our company, before proceeding to the next process of the item. I will conduct a lay- out first before going to cutting process inorder that they will have a guide in cutting. Because if there would be no lay-out, workers can cause some of rejection and the ostrich egg will be wasted.
So thats why, all items needs to be lay-out most especially those critical items passes by a draftsman inorder to have a lay-out and then going to the next process which is the cutting of the ostrich egg.
[Materials that i am using:]
Level pencil
Clay
Ruler
Triangle
[Steps:]
First, i will laid the clay to the table top, press it
tight to the table top.
Second, put the ostrich egg horizontally to the
clay. Make a form according to the shape of
ostrich egg.
Third, allign the ostrich egg horizontally and
locate the center.
Last, mark a center line and begins lay-out with
level pencil.
