One of the most hardcore delicacy i've ever had to force myself to eat. Advice for foreigners: goes down well with a few shots of rice wine.
I did draw the line at the head though. The birdy was staring at me 😱
Would love to also see videos of you eating these crazy dishes Imma ;)
