My wife was gone so I decided to treat Lesly and I to a wonderful steak dinner. Each fall we purchase beef from a local cattle rancher. This tasty beef is black Angus and is known as the best in the area. I chose two rib-eye steaks from our freezer.

I also made a a wonderful veggie dish with zucchini, kohlrabi, green peppers, onions, and my own special spices.

Lesly likes her steak medium well, and I prefer medium rare.
I can tell you they came off the grill perfect!!
The result was a marvelous meal for father and daughter!

Yep - Planning to golf 18 in the morning with my Monday golf group. We have 30 guys and travel all over central Wisconsin to play. Tomorrow we play a local course.
Then after lunch, one of my best friends ever, Pastor Ryan, is visiting. He and I will play another 9 holes at our old stomping grounds!!
After that home with the family for birthday dinner!!
