Good afternoon Steemians! I just want to share you guys for the first time on what happened to my day. This would be my first ever ulog! So yeah, its Mother's Day!!! After I woke up around 11:30 am, we ordered food from Jollibee via delivery you know "our all-time fave fast food".
We just ordered our lunch since we celebrated mother's day yesterday. We ate in Shinzen Japanese Restaurant because my dad needs to go to his work today.
Back to Jollibee, we ordered the complete set and guess what, they have a free spaghetti for their mother's day treat!
After eating lunch, I went in Robinsons Mall to pick up the flowers that my friend bought me since he went to buy flowers so I asked for him to buy me as well. It was so lovely because it's SUNFLOWER, as well as my friend put designs on it to make it even more beautiful! One for my Mom and the other is for my Grandma.
I surprised them with saying Happy Mother's Day and a hug after, it's not yet too late to give gifts even if its already in the afternoon :) It was all worth buying because from their thank yous, I know they appreciated it even if its just a simple gift.
As they always say "its the thought that counts", that no matter how small or big it is, what is important is that it's from the heart.
But before I got home, I bought a belgian waffle in Starbucks because that's my fave comfy food their. Trust me, if you love waffles there's no way you will resist on buying it. So I asked for a take out then I eat it together with my cousins since sharing is fun!
