Hello #ulographers, my brother brought home this bunch of banana this morning. Perfect timing for my "Ginataan".
Each piece of banana was peeled.
After peeling, t'was cut into 4-6, depending on the desired thickness.
To make ginataan, I need this grated coconut to get its cocomilk. In this photo, it was manually done.
The cocomilk was added to the bananas with salt and sugar. Bring to boil and seasoned with other seasonings.
Lastly, it was ready to eat. So delicious.
