1)be up to your eyes in something:to have a very large amount of something to do or deal with有大量事情要做

I can’t come out tonight. I’m up to my eyes in schoolwork.

2)at the double/on the double 快速地;急速地

3)pack off:send away送走;把...打发走
My wife and I went for a week's holiday and we packed my kids off to their grandmother.

5)fast and furious:飞快地;速率与豪情

whistle up, whip up and rustle up are very similar.
Whistle up ... make rapidly .... you have everything you need to hand (to hand=at hand near and available to pick up to reach)

Whip up ... make rapidly
Rustle up ... make rapidly with the resources available (maybe you do not have everything you need and you will have to make do)

11)cobble up/cobble together
put together hastily/put together out of existing material

/to make or assemble roughly or hastily
例句:a)The stranded hikers cobbled together a rickety shelter for the night.

b)When I arrived home there was no food, so I COBBLED UP some eggs and cooked some scrambled eggs with bread."
