The pH tester was malfunctioning, so we decided to calibrate and make cleaning so it can work effectively.
We removed the pH transmitter carefully because if damaged, it can't be seen any where close and it might cause the whole plant shutting down for days.
After the cleaning, the transmitter was inserted back to it's position.
The pH tester was getting 9.1 before but after the cleaning, it realized 7.21
This is my first time participating in action of cleaning a pH tester, so I decided to share it.
We used Sulphuric Acid and Water for the cleaning.
