ULOG #9: Slight Rains, Flood Slowly Subsiding

Hello and good evening! This morning I woke up to the terrifying sound of a helicopter. I guess it was flying low to closely observe our town from an aerial view. The loud sound scared me that I curled up and held my blanket tight. I thought it was going to crash in our house and into my bedroom. HAHAHA! Then the sound slowly faded. (Yes, I'm safe!) A few minutes later, another helicopter passed by. And another in the afternoon.

Thankfully, it didn't rain much today so flood around the house are subsiding...slowly. I hope it completely subsides tomorrow when I wake up because I still haven't done my no.2!!! Oh don't ask me, you already know what that is! The ceramic chair with flush is still unusable because the water in it is still beyond the normal water level. Lol

There's no more flood inside the house today and hopefully it will never return ever! Since we can't watch television at the sala because chairs are filled with things, I suggested my mom to watch from iWant TV. She was so amazed that she can watch television programs on her phone. Haha. (Isang channel nga lang.)

The entire province is already under state of calamity yesterday. Flood is still rising on some towns and cities due to high tide. Sadly, one of our businesses was affected by flood yesterday but thankfully our business partner was able to secure the things before the flood reached the area. Whew! Hopefully our other partners would do the same if ever flood comes.

I hope the sun will shine brighter tomorrow so it can help reduce the flood in my province and in the entire country.
