ULog #26 -Summer Flowers In The Village And More ( Video)

#MyUlogNewDay. It's really hot these days. This kinda weather is pretty unusual here. When I opened the window this morning, I saw the grass turned brown and it looked very dry. The rain hasn't visited us this week. Everybody is hoping for small droplets of rain. The weather forecast doesn't show any chance of rain for the coming days. While on the other side of the world PH experienced heavy rain and storms. I'm glad that all my family and friends in PH are safe. A few weeks ago, we had hailstorm in BG.

After breakfast, I had a short walk in the neighborhood. Then I went to the village shop to buy small stuff. I enjoyed the morning walk. The sun was shining and the flowers of our neighbors are really attractive to look at. I stopped whenever I saw flowers and made some photos:)

We only have one shop in this village and a small cafe. The village shop is located near the church and on the side of the church is a graveyard. It amazes me, how these old graveyards are still standing some are from 1500. This is the short route going to the shop. I don't really come here very often, it was daytime anyway so I tried hehe. This old church is quite famous too, it's been used for filming tv series.

When I got home, there were vegetables in front of our doorsteps. It was from our neighbor. She has a huge garden and everything is organic. At lunchtime, I baked salmon, fried the croquette and boiled the beans. It tastes so different. The courgettes and the beans are so sweet and delicious.

We also have vegetables in our garden, but not as much as last year. We have only potatoes and tomatoes this year. I keep watering them because of the heat. The potatoes will be used for the Summer Show next month. I'm looking forward to it. Last year we won potatoes in the bucket:)

Nothing exciting here. I'm kinda busy at work and for the rest, I'm grateful and thankful for every day. It's a new day and I'm counting my blessings. I hope you guys are having a great time. What's your #ulognewday today?
