Hello BeautyFull Ulogging Souls!

It is a pleasure to be here with you on this Thursday evening my fellow Steemians.

Today is July 5th, 2018 & it's your girl April here once again sharing another addition to the ongoing #ulogacy of @thereikiforest.

It's about 5:30 pm here (in western maine) as I began typing this. I can say that it's been a good day...though it has presented some challenges to overcome, distractions to turn away from and the need for a wall to be put in place (metaphorically speaking) to guard my ability to proceed with my personal plans, which include keeping time for myself to get my Steem on. I suppose you know the come up is real when the craziness pokes it's head out trying to negate your efforts at every turn.

Apparently I have learned my lesson, because I am NOT having any of it this time around.

Which brings me to the first of three cards I got for this lovely day....

I am the only one in charge of my life. It is my energy to do with as I please. If I make a mistake, it's on me. If I let someone pull me out of my integrity, it's on me. If I let someone else's issues trump my need to nurture my self....guess what? That's right...it's on ME.

I refuse to feel guilty for taking care of myself. There is nothing wrong with doing so, in fact, it's a must.

The message in totality couldn't be clearer. It's like this - I have to stay aware of where in my life I have allowed myself to get pulled out of my integrity and consciously move away from those people, places & things. I have to stay in trust of my intuition (my woo-iness) and in doing so apply my free-will to write a new life story for myself that unfolds as I go along, thus breaking the patterns and "chains" to the past unconcious cycles. Feel me?

I took a selfie with today's reading to remind myself in the future of this very turning point.

Then I went on to create another #reikirecharge that I will be uploading to Dlive later tonight..be on the lookout for that.

I am hungry and ready to start dinner, so I am going to head out for a few.
