#Ulog (11) - What I Did When My Son Was Sick

Hi to all Uloggers out there and to all of my friends!

Today, I would like to share to all of you the thing that I did while my son was sick a few days ago.

All of us mothers are having so much pain when we see our children having a bad time when they are sick. We couldn't think of anything while seeing them lying on the bed and freezing with coldness when they have a fever, feeling pity for them sneezing out the virus when they have cold and we couldn't do anything when they feel some aches from their body.

I was very worried about my son's situation when he was having a fever a few days ago. Me and my husband @michaelcabiles couldn't sleep tight for 3 nights and we slept near our little son, Mikele and never didn't let our touch and sight away from him.

We all know that this challenge is a normal thing for us mothers but, this challenge is not a thing that we wanted to come into our lives. We are doing our best for our children to be healthy always and to see them happy. We are cooking for them because we want them to eat delicious and healthy food for them to be strong and healthy. We are the ones who are there for them everyday and every second comes in a day and we don't let our hands off of them.

I felt regret when I took my son at Arun Temple here in Bangkok last Tuesday that you can see here. I was very sad when I saw him sleeping while feeling so hot because of his fever.

What I did when we were at Arun Temple, I told my parents and my husband that me and my son, Mikele would wait in the car. After that, when all of them came, my parents asked me how was Mikele doing. I told them that I let him drink some medicine and his temperature dropped by a few but still he had fever.

When we got home that day, Mikele seemed normal because he could play and he could eat like he hadn't been sick. After a while when we were ready to sleep, I was very shocked that his temperature reached 39. I told @michaelcabiles that give me the medicine and wipe him up with a warm water as their doctor recommended to do.

In the morning when we woke up the other day, we decided not to let him go to school and give him a rest. He still had a fever that day and what I did was the same as that night. Wiped him up with warm water after drinking medicine. He was still like a normal kid. He could play and eat normally. At night, before the time that he would sleep, I wiped him again with warm water and let him drink his medicine as what I did since the start of his sickness. Me and @michaelcabiles had slept near him till morning.

This morning, @michaelcabiles told me not to let Mikele go to school and let him rest for 1 day again. Today is the best day for me and all mothers would understand me because my son had a normal temperature. He's in the mood of getting naughty again and at the same time, he is not yet finished for his antibiotic that I bought the day when he's starting to get sick.

Those are the things that I did and thanks to my husband always being a supportive father and doing everything for me and specially for our children.

See you guys again next time and have a good day to all of you! :)

Thank you to you, too my lovely man.. :) <3<3<3

With your story..I remember those time when I am sick and my mother is so worried. Trully, its a challenge to all parents when their child is in bad situations. I salute you ma'am for being a brave mother.

All mothers around the world are what we called HEROES and they will sacrifice their lives for us. And that's the thing that I'm doing right now for my children. :)
Thank you so much for the nice comment @cassyjanine. :)

As a fan of yours, it's good to hear that he's ok

Thank you very much and thank God that my son is already naughty now,.. Thank you @abdul1234! :)

Yeah, mother and child relationship, seems to be "stronger than love" sometimes. I love my mum, but surely not the way she loves me. Am happy for your boy, I hope and pray he doesn't get sick anymore

Thank you for the hopes and prayers @apeximomen :)
I agree with you about a mother and child relationship is "stronger than love". That's the truth and nothing but the truth. :)

Good to hear that this cute boy is now feeling well.. :)

Thank you very much @hannanuh! :)
