Yep. That's what I have tried to make him feel (just like the song). It was a hard decision for him, partly because of the fear of failure and the burden that would imply for the family.
He just called me today at 7 am; he was getting to his ressidence. Got a call last night to start working (a night job). After 7 days on the road that's not the kind of job you want to get, especially at his age, but he did not hessitate. That's the kind of Venezuelan our brother countries need to recognize and help.
