#Ulog 9: My Sunday's best

Today, I went to church at Virgin de la Regla, Opon Lapu-Lapu, City to attend mass. And to extend my thanks to our Almighty father for the gift of life, work, good health, family and friends.

I used to attend mass at Our Lady of Fatima Chapel every 6:00pm but today i change my routine to make it different.
I wake up at 6:00 in the morning, i prepare breakfast and eat. Right after, i take a bath and wash my clothes. So i will not be late of the 10:30 schedule ,i leave the house at 9:45 to grab multicab going to Mercado where the church located. Thanks, not so traffic!

Since i arrived early in the church, there are still many vacant seats. Most of the time , if i attend mass here no more seats so i need to stand for the whole time.

There are many people who will attend because it's the biggest church here in Lapu-lapu City.
For today's gospel, it is all about John. And i wanna share it you,

Lk 1:57-66,80
When the time came for Elizabeth,she gave birth to a son.Her neighbors and relatives heard that the merciful Lord had done a wonderful thing for her,and they rejoiced with her.
When,on the eighth day, they came to attend the circumcision of the child,they wanted to name him Zechariah after his father.But his mother said,"Not so;he shall be called John."They said to her,"But no one in your family has that name!"and they made signs to his father for the name he wanted to give him.Zechariah asked for a writing tablet,and wrote on it,"His name is John;"and they were very surprised.Immediately,Zechariah could speak again,and his first words were in praise of God.
A holy fear came on all in the neighborhood,and throughout the hill country of Judea the people talked about these events.All who heard of it pondered in their minds and wondered,"What will this child be?"For they understood that the hand of the Lord was with him.
THE GOSPEL OF THE LORD.
God in his hands , really do miracles.
So, keep believing and have faith in him. For in him, nothing is impossibe.
For me, without him i am just nothing.
I am really inspired by the gospel.
At 11:45, the mass has ended and i go in peace. Peace be with you all😊.
So it's lunch time, i just walk for how many steps to Jollibee for my lunch.

Since i am alone, this is just my order (1 pc. spicy chicken with rice, sprite for my drinks and mini sundae for my dessert)
