Really not too much to say in terms of any urge or desire to smoke coming up within me. Maybe I will extend the challenge another 21 days after this finishes....maybe I just won't even think about smoking for awhile.
Maybe I will have a smoking party and then do 21 days again...that sounds ridiculous indeed. lol - just talking loose at the moment.
