I apologize but I don't understand, could you please clarify a couple of things for me. Why does it matter if the person who made the post down votes it? Why is it important that the post was flagged once? Again I'm not being cheeky, only trying to understand.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
