He used images from various sources: NASA, the Hubble IMAX documentary, sequences from Terence Malick's "The Tree of Life," BBC documentaries - "Charles Darwin and the Tree of Life" and "Wonders of the Solar System" -, between excerpts from many other works. He added a beautiful soundtrack from "The Cinematic Orchestra" - "To Build a Home" - and let Neil DeGrasse Tyson do the rest.
