For any steemit users who are interested in investing in property in Pattaya, Thailand then I can provide information on prices of units within the unixx project in south Pattaya by the renowned real estate company here in Thailand called raimonland. There are 4 different types of condo available in the unixx project which is 100% complete and ready to move in or rent out. Units consist of 68sqm 2 bedrooms, 34sqm 1 bedroom, 27sqm studio and 24sqm studio. Some have amazing sea views while others have nice city views. Unixx is the biggest condominium project in Pattaya and definitely has the best views available of any project in town. Prices range from 1.4 million thai baht for the smaller studios right up to 8 million thai baht for the larger 2 bedroom unit's however there are 2 bedroom unit's available for just under 5 million thai baht situated on the lower floors of the building. There are 2 swimming pools, a gym, a sauna, children's playground, mini putting green and various other facilities on site. I have been a resident here for almost a full year now and I can highly recommend it for a nice holiday with plenty of activities available and nice islands to visit and not forgetting the famous nightlife Pattaya has to offer.
