To all the members of Unleash Power,
I want to let you know that we have some of the earlier leases coming off lease now. It has dropped the SP down and this combined with the lower steem prices has cause the vote values to be low. That is the bad news.
The good news is that you have all been receiving a very profitable vote. This means that the brunt of the problems that came with the price of steem falling has been born by the founder @davemccoy. He is ok with this as the goal of the membership group is to help friends grow. Since this is still just a test, these are variables that need to be considered in the future. We will make adjustments as time goes on.
For now we will continue going the way along the current path and see what adjustments can be made. One is that we can continue to lease SP at better and better rates. That will definitely be part of the solution.
This is just the weekly update and we hope you are doing well. We are looking forward to the day where we can make this more than a test and invite all our friends in!

I would recommend everyone taking advantage of this upvote the unleashpower posts at 100%, also it my be a very good time for all of us that are able to do this to maintain a $1sbd balance forward, like a deposit. That way while steem is cheap this account can continue to lease SP to continue to build our close knit group of friends on the platform. @davemccoy has done a pretty remarkable thing, it would be great if we could this, or something else if anyone has ideas to keep this up. This is critical to our group growth, having an organic growth like this.

Thank you Dave for taking the brunt of the hit, but your post just reminded me to change my settings to 100% on steemauto for @unleashpower. I'd forgotten that when I set it up, the percentage was lower because at the time, so was my VP and I was desperately trying to get it back up there. So it's 100% from here on end. And I do realize that the amount has dropped from @unleashpower, but it's still a heck a lot higher than what I had before unleashpower...which was zero ;) So I still think it's working.
Having said that though, I also agree with @cryptkeeper17 about 'fronting' you(but in effect, me) an extra 1 or more sbd to simply put towards me and Brian's balance so you don't have to carry the load. In fact, that's what I'm going to do when I'm finished this comment.
This is an amazing and generous this you've done for your friends Dave, and the least I can do is return the favour in some small way to help. Any other ideas from anyone to help, that you think are good ones, just assume I'm in. You're my financial-guru-guy, and I trust you ;)

@mellofello, I have been trying to figure out the tipu thing earlier today, but couldn’t find any solid info.
Did I get it right that you send like a couple of SBD to it with the memo ‘deposit’ or something like that, and then you can go around leaving those tipvotes like you did above until you’ve used up your deposit?
And that is different from investing, right?

we found another cool service that you can see on here below... you can upvote by depositing money with tipu and just saying "deposit" in the memo... once you have money on deposit, then you can upvote someone's post by saying: t i p u v o t e ! 0.50 (with no spaces)... you can do as little as $0.10 and maybe even lower... and I know you can do at least $0.50... You get a 2.5x upvote that is fixed. the only downside is that they cut you off when the bot is sleeping.. it seems to only work for about 45 mins and they will come back online around 3:30 est tomorrow... Just a heads up on another tool to help you grow! :)
