Is this love really worth fighting for?

I used to feel alone. I have my own world. I am an independent woman that lives on my own. Until one day, he came to my life and changed everything.

He was my neighbor and we easily became friends since 2013. He was seeing someone else while I'm in a 1 year relationship that time. Time passed quickly and I decided to go to another place to study BS Accountancy. By that time, I broke up with my boyfriend and I dont have an idea if he's still seeing the same girl or not.

We sometimes communicate through facebook, texts, and messenger. He started courting me when the sembreak ends and to cut the story short, we became official last Dec. 22, 2015. I decided to go back home and transfer to another school so we can be together.

I thought everything seems okay in our relationship but then I realized that there's no perfect relationship. I caught him chatting with another girl and realized that he was courting her through chat. I was hurt. I feel jealous. He said that he was just placing a joke since the girl already have 2 kids and seperated. But still, I feel betrayed. I forgave him but thats the time I feel uncertain to fully trust him again.

I am a woman who loves to make something to make my man happy. Whenever we celebrate our monthsary and other special occasions, I gave my man letters, crafts, and the painting in the picture just to make him happy. He says thank you but somethimes I feel that he doesn't appreciate my efforts. I also feel taken for granted. He always says that he loves me and I feel it but sometimes I ask myself if he really do. I feel like giving up. I don't know what to do. we're still together by now and our relationship is going 9 months this coming Sept. 22.
