Three year-olds can peacefully resolve conflicts. Governments cannot.

Three year-olds get It.

So I was teaching a group of three year-olds today, and they started to argue with each other about something. I started to think to myself:

"Man. I don't need this shit. This reminds of being around statists."

In the end, however, the three year-olds came up with their own non-violent solution to the problem at hand, which is more than I can say for statists.

Almost all parents teach their children that it is wrong to hit, cheat, or steal. Why does this magically change when it comes to "government."

Are moral values such as not hitting, cheating, or stealing, only applicable sometimes?
So many children hear their mothers and fathers talking about the war on the television:

We oughta just nuke those guys!

War is hell! It's collateral damage! Innocent life being lost just can't be helped. Get over it!

This is not even to mention the endless other examples of the massive cultural hypocrisy of "do as I say, not as I do." If folks are going to sit around and think that kids don't hear this stuff, don't take note, and don't wonder, then there is really no reason to pretend to be shocked at the "horrors of war," or the "immoral youth."

Until parents start teaching their children that government wars are wholly unnecessary, evil, and wrong, that taxation is really just stealing, and that no, plants are not "evil," then their children will rightly begin to see them as hypocrites as they mature. This realization is often too frightening for a child, as mom and dad are the caregivers and must be "right," if a sense of security is to be maintained.

The viewpoint will then be adjusted, in the child's mind, so that hitting is sometimes right, stealing sometimes necessary, and if a few little kids are left for dead in the dirt in the Middle East, after a bloody drone attack on some small, obscure village, well, that's just "part of life." After all, MOM said so, and MOM (or DAD, whichever the case may be) would never lie to me!

Yes, today's environment of world is really very fearful... None have the time to listen or compromise with others.. Only want to fulfil everyone's need through violence.. Really a thoughtful situation.. Since, you mentioned in one of your today's post that in early stage for a child the one and only hero in his life is his parents.. and what type of feelings or conception he develops in his mind from his parents ,that mind setting he carries through his whole life... Today's sapling will be a big tree in future, so when we plant a sapling then we should brought up it with great care....so that it can't destroyed by other factors... Thanks for sharing such a valuable post..Resteemed this post friend! Have a good time..

Thanks so much. I really appreciate your thoughts.

I want to say honourly, Your appreciation wishes is great reward to me my dear friend...Thanks for giving a chance to express my thoughts... stay always blessed and happy..

well that's really painful, i am totally against those drone attacks and also believe that war is not the solution to any problem and no body wins anything with power yes but love is something more powerful, if the governments sits together and trying to solve national issues with peace it would no doubt be beneficial for all world, but i see mostly the underdeveloped countries have corrupt establishment they never thinks about the benefits of their peoples, they rule the nation for 5 years grab all the money and then runs away to another country and the peoples of the nation have to pay the price.

but i see mostly the underdeveloped countries have corrupt establishment they never thinks about the benefits of their peoples, they rule the nation for 5 years grab all the money and then runs away to another country and the peoples of the nation have to pay the price.

I was unaware of this pattern. Thanks so much for informing me.

This is a fantastic, thought provoking post. Thank you for doing this. For the babies of the world. They are the most beautiful things on this planet.

Yes, they are already in "the kingdom."

Governments deals with too many variables.

what if kids are the invisible government and manifesting the worlds through natural gift of clairvoyant being being able to travers e the 7 inner universes........wouldt that be a ...."hidden agenda" lol

Yes. To me it is a silly idea that a few "select" individuals should rule billions of others. It is morally illegitimate and can never work.

i love this. i agree with you that we need to unlearn a lot of the lies we have been told. i will fight this fight with you brother

Cheers!

We read the values of the Japanese children is the best in the world. The question that's put to you is what many of us or any grown up adults would hardly try getting into. The question is a desire for love, and peace. And, I see you doing some great stuff there. Keep growing and doing good, and sharing us all your good ideas @kafkanarchy84

Thanks very much.

Only if we adults would do and resolve things as we tell our kids to do... how hypocrite we are as a society...

Indeed.

It's not about conflict it's more about what you can take from others, it's about power and greed, It's about Always Wanting More. It's about control by violence and tyranny. It's about the 1%, their hunger for everything to have everything Never Dies. It's about sick Individuals having seats of power.

I'd take it one step further and say it's about the existence of the seats of power themselves. As all modern nation states are based on the initiation of force (violence) they are are morally illegitimate, which is why I am an anarchist/voluntaryist.

War is what also causes radicalism. I would be upset if I was one of those parents as well whose kid died as part of collateral damages.

Get enough people togehter and you have the next ISIS or Talliban. It's no wonder we in America have so many enemies right now.

I wish we would quit policing the world.

All we need is love.

All we need is love.

Yes.

I think its both ignorance and a feeling of "its out of my control", that we allow this kind of behaviour to continuously happen. Besides that, for as long as I know we have been relying on a ruler, an elite, to decide what is best for us. It's just now, with the technology that's ahead of us, that we can finally make a change in this kind of behaviour. My generation (young adults) and those after us have some difficult but possibly great rewarding times ahead!

Couldn't agree more.

The number one parent challenge is to raise your child by educating a good and right child and desired both partners. This is because the things that are taught to the child from an early age can be attached to adulthood.

Politics around the world are formed by the attitude of the people voting for those goverments. Those goverments only serve one purpose. Serving the majority. We are not the majority at the moment. We have only one choice really. Change ourselves first. Stop the injustice found in your neighbourhood. Stop the injustice in your family. Be the change you want to preach and the domino effect will take place. We need role models. We need to find the golden rule between survival and prosperity. Harmony is a must to achieve this. We have to stop serving the majority.

It is still the outside world that is full of different people, character and opinion that changes people. When a child is young the kind of friends he/she keeps is very important they can ruin and build their lifes.

I agree. I think that prior to that, though, the child's personality and way of being raised by parents helps to decide what kind of "outside world" (friends, etc) that child will attract.

true that...! i feel sad for little children.. govt. should be more serious regarding such matter

Just goes to show what our world has turned into.
