Reminiscing the past, who am i before?

Sometimes our past is the best lesson to moving on, making things right or stop doing things wrong.

Last January 15, 2018, I visited my Alma Mater, Silliman University – Dumaguete City. I graduated there last 2011, I took up BS Computer Engineering there. When I went there, memories from my experiences (both good and bad) went on and on but most of it was bad. I always ended up failing before and after I graduated.
I didn’t pursue my Engineering carrier because when I was still in my 4th year in college, I join a networking company. I was intrigue on what the company can change my life (more on the financial aspect) because I wanted to end the poverty of my family.

Few years later, I earned big in the said company, travel to places I never been, gained new friends, got new learnings, got some sales techniques, etc. I knew @bobiecayao back then, he too was earning big at that time, but we were not friends at that time because he was on the different team of the company. Our team were rivals at the time.

I bought my first car during that time, it was a good time indeed. But sad to say, everything went nothing at all..

I was very happy back then up until an incident happened a year later. The company that we are in went close so downlines went irate because there high hopes went to an end. “If only they hadn’t believe in me” this would not happen to them. I felt hopeless back then, thinking that I would be my first and last carrier in life.

I never knew that I was wrong again. My life didn’t stop there. We became friends with @bobiecayao, @eduard104 and @jhunfer888 on the next company that they introduce to me. This time it was an online marketing. At first, I was hesitant because this company close again and history will repeat itself. But they motivated me to move on from the past and so I did. We earn from this company and a year later, guess what? The company went close again. I became frustrated and hated networking company but it didn’t stop there. We continue to look for opportunity that would fit our needs. An opportunity that would last.

Team up for the next adventure at @steemit. We will start again, whatever pains may come.

Since then, the four us where inseparable. We joined from one company to the other even though it didn’t last. Looking on the positive side, I gained true friends like them along the way. Now if I would think of the bad experiences, it won’t affect me that I know everything has a reason. And I know God has a perfect plan for us. So there came Steemit. I was so grateful to @bobiecayao for not giving up on his dreams and never forgot us and shared this amazing platform.

We went on a meeting again and our fire for our carriers became alive again. Bad memories turned to learnings and motivation to still continue even though things doesn’t go our way. Our meeting went productive because of the great ideas on how can our carriers in writing would come to a success.

Even though I was excited and overwhelmed to how much you can earn and how many people would be helped by Steemit platform, I was hesitant because I don’t know how to write and I don’t have the talent in writing. But good thing we have a mentor like @bobiecayao who is dedicated in teaching, inspiring, motivating us in pursuing this journey. He is successful and will be more successful because he is a great man who is willing to help no matter how much it will cost him. We are so proud having him as our mentor, friend, motivator, etc. Thank you for your great influence to us.
Looking forward for the success of our team @steemunity here in Steemit. Nevertheless, let us not forget above all the giver of this blessing which God who is a Great Provider.
