THE NAIRADADDY STORY: Amazing Adjustments That Have Happened To My Life Since I Found Steemit.

When we talk about what Steemit has done for us, it usually looks like we are joking to the uninitiated but WE AIN'T JOKING. Steemit has changed me in particular in no small measure. In my many years on Facebook, Twitter & Instagram, I have never felt better using a social platform than this.

ADVANTAGES OF BEING ON STEEMIT

1- INTERNAL

ANGER ISSUES GONE!
Before I joined Steemit in October, 2017, I was just an angry soul looking for succor. I was angry with the world for so many reasons. I had lost a lot of money via ponzi schemes. I was stressed out in my job. I didn't even have time for myself or my dreams. All these made me angry. I was irritable. So little things that shouldn't ordinarily annoy me did irritate me.

• Fast-forward to now, I have been able to tackle anger coz I have nothing to be angry at anymore. Why should I be when I have been blessed beyond measure? I have happy people surrounding me. No fake love. No drama. Just leaving a life that fits into my vision of myself and helping people in the process. Who wouldn't want this? Well except the devil you know...

SELF-CONSCIOUS EXAMINATION OF LIFE...

• I have become more goal-oriented because that's what Steemit demands. You have to have a clear pathway and vision of what you are doing to be able to succeed on Steemit.
• I have been able to not just think about but also write down my mistakes. I have noted my goals. I have penned my resolutions towards my goals.
• All these make me extremely happy.
• And it has reflected in my Steemit Account. I now have a Good Reputation of 60+ ...one of the highest within a short time of 9week.
• You know writing is a form of psyhotherapy...that keeps all of us sane!

EXPLORING MY MANY TALENTS & CHOOSING THE BEST

• I would say I have been on a journey of self-discovery on Steemit.
• Some of my talents were already previously discovered but I didn't know just how to channel it into a useful entity.
• With Steemit, I have a platform for my poetry, my stories, my pain, my joys, my tutorials, my career, my profession, my projects....everything I have ever thought of is now here...engraved into the archives of the steem blockchain forever.
• My blog is like my Autobiography, my CV...so I love the fact that I'm putting something worthwhile in it.

I'M NOW MORE HELPFUL & WILLING TO SHARE

• My Philosophy is now "give, give & give whether you receive or not".
• I have so much to share with the world, and I no longer hesitate to share.
• Steemit has made me realize that there is a world of abundance out there. There is just too much that is available. The universe has an abundance of everything. The gift economy only makes that much more obvious.
• We give without expecting anything back...but we always receive more eventually even without asking.

• There's no better feeling than being independent in this life.
• That moment when you don't have to borrow money or beg or ask or lobby.
• That moment when money for daily sustenance is no longer one of your issues.
• STEEMIT IS THAT MOMENT!
• If you work pretty hard here, you would be earning better than your mates who have worked for years in the OIL & GAS sector in no distant time.

INVESTMENT KNOWLEDGE

• Anyone who is wary of the recent technology and its direction know quite well that cryptocurrency is the future of money.
• So Steemit gives most people including me a landing platform from where they begin to invest in other profitable currencies.
• Imagine if you had bought Bitcoin early 2017 when it was just at $1000 USD, you would just be smiling now even if the price is at $12,000 USD.
• So I open my eyes to every investment opportunities out there.
• Life is too short to waste chasing money. Why not allow money chase you?

FRIENDS & COMMUNITY

• I have alot of friends, colleagues, and all that. But only few really connect with the depth of my person.
• Here on Steemit, I have met people that gave me that moment of where have you been all my life?

• Take someone like @surpassinggoogle for example; he practically is a walking talking encyclopedia with a deep human component. He has motivated many of us into doing great things and thinking outside the box. One of his major philosophies is that everyone has something to offer. And that has influenced the way he organizes most of his contests. The #untalented is one of such where he gives literally everyone the opportunity to be themselves. He remains my friend and mentor on this platform and beyond.

INSPIRATION TO FURTHER MY DREAMS & PROJECTS

• One thing about Steemit is that you are going to be inspired like never before.
• As you go through your feeds and read people's posts and comments, you must learn so much about this platform that your brain will be rotating with ideas.
• Infact at some point you will reach your boiling point and your ideas will be born into a FULL BLOWN PROJECT.
• Besides there are so many good heads here to guide and support your dreams ...so WHY NOT DREAM BIG?
• My #AIR-CLINIC project has seen a gigantic rise on this platform with the help of so many good people and the inbuilt ability of this blockchain to reward excellence. I couldn't have been able to sustain it on Facebook for example. Too many issues to tackle. But on Steemit, we bypassed all hurdles and NOW WE ARE HERE...
