Reading @surpassinggoogle 's write up about his mother inspired me to do join this contest actually because @abeem90 had been telling me to write about my mother, and I will keep asking myself, what can I write about my mother?
Wow! @ surpassinggoogle you are such a rare gem.
Thank you for fulfilling @ourmamaterry 's dream.
A lot of thoughts actually ran through my head while reading the write up about your mother I don't think I could bare it so easily.
Even if I heal so fast, can I take it off my mind easily?
God will comfort you.
MY MOTHER
A typical Yoruba woman from Ibadan, Nigeria who believes when your stomach is filled, your worries are nothing funny though
MY MOTHER
A petty trader of 7childern, who sells water and provisions to support the family.
Growing up, my elder siblings attended boarding school, and since I refused to go to a boarding school I had to stay with her I'm her 6th baby.
I needed to get another pair of school uniform during my secondary school days just because my best friend Bukola had lot of pairs, my mum placed me on a job, she said * she has to employ me to know how money was made* I was only 14.
I had to sell water for her at that time and deliver a certain amount to her, after a week when my school uniform money was completed I told her I quit. smiles that she would have simply gave me the money, she said Yes, I would have but I wanted you to know that you have to honestly work and earn what you want you don't have to compare yourself with others, you are different from them.
Those words never left me, it moulded me.
I left home 5 years ago with the mindset my mum gave me.
I have ventured into several businesses failing and trying again because of that mindset.
I believe I can do or be whatever I choose to be
Training at Green women fellowship that I qualified for.
This became my driving force of impacting anybody that comes my way, I tell them they can be whatever they desire.
I am a hairstylist who trains students a and self sponsored student just because of that mindset.

I owe the lady I becoming today to my Mother.
She is my priceless jewel, my first role model, my greatest fear is loosing her, a lot of times I wish she doesn't grow old but nature will take it's course
She gives me strength to keep pushing despite what life brings to my table.
Thank you @surpassinggoogle for this opportunity to write about my mother.
